I hold a Bsc Physics which final year project was to infer supernovae explosion models from their gravitational waves signature. I then joined the Scientific Computing team at RSNHSFT 7 years ago. At RSNHSFT, I have completed the Scientist Training Program in Clinical Bioinformatics which required the completion of an Msc in Clinical Science. My research interests include developing and validating machine learning models applied to medical imaging, with particular interest in breast density and breast cancer risk prediction models. My work also involves curating and analysing data and developing software and web applications.
