Biography

Eleanor earned a BSc (Hons) in Physics and the Universe from the University of Reading and then continued her studies completing an MSc in Medical Radiation Physics from Swansea University.  She then gained a place on the Scientist Training Programme at Oxford University Hospitals choosing to specialise in radiotherapy physics and during the programme earning a second MSc in Clinical Science (Radiotherapy Physics) from Newcastle University.  She completed the programme in 2017 becoming a HCPC registered clinical scientist.  After working as a radiotherapy physicist for 2 years at the Royal Surrey Hospital, she was promoted to a principal radiotherapy physicist specialising in external beam treatment planning and brachytherapy.
