BiographyNia completed a BSc (Hons) in Clinical Technology at Swansea University, where she was acknowledged for her project work in Nuclear Medicine by winning IPEM's Dissertation of the Year Award. After graduating, Nia then moved to Guildford and work for over 4 years as a Radiotherapy Treatment Planning Dosimetrist at the Royal Marsden Hospital, Sutton. Nia completed an MSc in Medical Physics at the University of Surrey in 2019. Following this, she moved to the Royal Surrey Hospital, where she works in rotation between Treatment Planning, Brachytherapy and Linear Accelerator QC.
Nia is currently working towards achieving equivalency as a Radiotherapy Clinical Scientist.
